I really enjoyed this course. I think it will be a great learning tool for new employees and its great for old employees to brush up on things we have learned in the past. Im excited for the next course. Its also nice to know that anytime I have any questions I can revert back to these videos for assistance if needed.

The fill in the blank quizzes are specific to the answer key. The way it is presented in the answer key is the exact way it should be entered as an answer. If the answer key is in upper case, so should your answer. If the answer key is displayed in singular form, that is exactly how your answer should be. For example, if the answer was displayed as AnSwEr….then that’s how you should enter it.

It’s a great course, but it is case sensitive on words don’t use lower case to start a word when typing always use upper case. It counted one of my answers wrong for not using upper case letter to start with.
